"Not the best experience, lol"
I gave livech.com a try it was just okay. The site did work, but some parts felt a bit confusing and support took longer than I expected. I also didn’t really feel like my issue was fully sorted out, which was frustrating lol. Maybe others have a better experience, but for me it ended up being disappointing overall.

"Kind of a pain to get going"
It took me way longer than I expected to get set up. The onboarding was a bit all over the place, and I kept feeling like I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do next.

"Helped us respond a lot faster"
It’s made it way easier for us to talk to customers quickly. People seem more willing to chat now, and... it just feels like the conversations are happening more naturally.

"Pretty good when the alerts actually show up"
I want to like the notifications because when they work, they’re genuinely helpful and usually come through fast. But it’s kind of hit or miss for me. Sometimes I get the alert right away, and other times it shows up late or doesn’t show up at all, so I’m not sure I can fully rely on it yet.

"Interface feels messy and outdated"
I spent some time using livech.com, the interface was the biggest letdown for me. It feels dated and cluttered, like things were added over time without much thought to how it all looks or fits together.
Some buttons were easy to miss, and getting around the site was more confusing than it should’ve been. It technically works, but the overall experience was frustrating enough that I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit if this is the level of service being offered.

I tried using it for our chat setup, but it just felt like too many basic options weren’t there. It kind of came across as unfinished, if that makes sense.

"Billing has been straightforward so far"
I’ve been using livech.com for a few months now, and from my own experience, the billing has been easy to understand.

Every invoice I’ve received clearly shows what I’m paying for, and I haven’t run into any surprise charges or random fees, which is what matters most to me.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think the account page could be a little cleaner and easier to navigate, but overall, the pricing and billing feel fair and transparent.

"Chat was quick, at least"
The chat replies came through quickly for the most part, which I appreciated. I just wish the overall experience had been a bit more helpful, but sure, the speed was decent.

"Pretty solid... until it annoys me"
Most of the time it works fine and barely ever goes down, so I’ve been happy with it. Then again, those little hiccups do show up sometimes and suddenly I’m like, seriously, why now? Overall though, it’s been mostly reliable for me.

I tried it out once, but I didn’t feel great about the privacy stuff. The way it was presented made it seem like everything would be straightforward, but then the actual security info was hard to find and the settings were kind of confusing. I couldn’t really tell what data they were keeping or how it was being used, which made me feel a bit misled. I ended up deleting my account quickly. Just wasn’t for me.

I tried using Livech and got frustrated quickly. I really just wanted the chat widget to blend in with my site, but the customization options felt so limited that it was like I had no real control. The colors and layout choices were way too basic, and no matter what I did, it still didn’t look right. Disappointing when you’re trying to make your site look professional and the tool just doesn’t give you enough to work with...

"Decent service, price feels a little steep"
Overall it worked fine for me, I didn’t run into any major issues or anything. A few of the features are definitely handy, but for what I needed, I was expecting a bit more for the price. I can see it making more sense for a bigger team, but as someone just using the basic stuff, it feels kind of expensive.

"Okay overall, but integrations were frustrating"
livech has been fine for the basics, but I found the integration side limited. It took longer than I expected to connect some simple tools, and a few things didn’t work the way I thought they would, if that makes sense. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I was hoping

"Chatbot has been a real time saver"
We’ve been using livech.com for a few weeks now, and it’s been good. The chatbot handles a lot of the basic questions for us, which saves our team time. Setup was simple enough, and overall we’re happy with how it’s working so far.

"Same chat issue came back again"
I had an issue with the chat on my site not loading properly, so I reached out to support. They asked me for screenshots and the same basic details more than once, which got tiring because it felt like we were starting over every time.

A few days later they told me it was fixed, but it was still doing the exact same thing on my end. At that point I was just worn out from dealing with the same issue again and again, so I ended up removing it altogether

"Too confusing when I just wanted something simple"
I was already a little tired and not really in the mood to figure out a complicated setup, but I still expected the basics to be easy to find. I couldn’t locate simple things quickly, got frustrated fast, and ended up giving up.

"Reports are decent, just a bit clunky"
I mostly use livech.com for the reports and analytics side of things. It does show the main stuff I need, like number of chats and response times, so that part is fine. But sometimes I feel like I’m clicking around more than I should just to get to one simple thing...
The reports are useful, just not as flexible as I’d like. Cleaner filters would help a lot, and better export options too. It’s not bad, it just feels like it could be smoother if...

The chat widget does what it’s supposed to do, but it feels slow more often than I’d like. I don’t know if it’s on the dev team or whoever’s managing the loading speed, but someone really needs to tighten that up because it makes the whole experience feel clunky.

"Support took forever to get back to..."
Support took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, the emails weren’t really that useful. I had to keep repeating the same details, even after sending over my receipt, and I still never got a clear answer or fix. Overall, it was frustrating

"I’ve been trying to use the app..."
I’ve been trying to use the app on my phone and its been frustrating. It freezes a lot, chats take forever to load, and half the time notifications pop up after I already missed the message. Makes it really annoying to use everyday.
